About
Anne Glassey
Anne Glassey has lived in California her whole life and now resides in Mendocino County. She is currently a retired Education Specialist, but her colorful past includes that of a back to the lander, bio-intensive gardener, hang gliding business co-owner, and mail-order company shipping manager. Before earning her teaching credentials, Anne majored in Meteorology at Sonoma State University; an appropriate higher education designed to help keep her alive while hang gliding. It seems to have worked as she enjoyed a decade of flight with only minor incidences.
Mostly Scottish with a dash of Comanche, her life of flying, back-country skiing, and windsurfing, has been replaced with the gentler pursuits of hiking, cycling, swimming, and watching the hawks soar. Imperfect Prey is her debut memoir.
